Lashh Luxuryy is not responsible for misuse of products.
Proper training is required before using adhesives or chemical products.

Adhesive Disclaimer

Adhesives must be:
Stored properly
Used in correct humidity and temperature
Shaken before use

Improper storage or usage voids any performance concerns.

Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Lashh Luxuryy is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Weather delays
Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
Incorrect shipping information entered by customer

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
