Proper training is required before using adhesives or chemical products.

Adhesive Disclaimer

Adhesives must be:

  • stored properly

  • used within correct humidity and temperature conditions

  • shaken before each use

Improper storage or usage voids any performance concerns.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Lashh Luxuryy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Reselling Lashh Luxuryy products under another brand name or altering packaging is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof including:

  • shipping confirmation

  • delivery confirmation
