Lash Policies

Please Read Before Booking

At Lashh Luxuryy, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. When you book, you are securing dedicated time, products, and preparation.

By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all policies listed below.

Failure to follow these policies may result in:

  • appointment cancellation

  • additional fees

  • refusal of future services

No exceptions.

Deposits (Non-Refundable)

A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments.

Deposits:

  • secure your appointment time

  • are applied toward your total balance

  • are forfeited if policies are violated

A new deposit is required for all rebookings after cancellations or no-shows.

Payment Policy

Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Debit card

  • Credit card

  • Card on file

Personal checks are not accepted.

Failure to pay in full may result in:

  • permanent booking ban

  • potential legal collection.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A 24–48 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations:

  • deposit forfeited

Same-day cancellations:

  • deposit forfeited

Rescheduling outside the required notice period:

  • new deposit required

Emergencies will be reviewed at the discretion of Lashh Luxuryy.

No-Show Policy

Clients who no-show will be allowed two opportunities to rebook.

After a third no-show, the client will be permanently restricted from booking future appointments.

No exceptions.

Late Arrival Policy

Please plan accordingly for traffic, parking, and preparation time.

  • 10+ minutes late: $10 late fee added

  • 20+ minutes late: appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited

A new deposit will be required for future bookings.

Preparation Policy

Clients must arrive with:

  • clean lashes

  • no makeup

  • no mascara

  • no oils or residue

If excessive cleaning is required, a $5 cleansing fee will be added.

Example: heavy mascara or buildup on lashes.

If lashes are not properly prepared, the appointment may be canceled.

Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is required to maintain lash retention.

Lashh Luxuryy is not responsible for poor retention caused by:

  • oil-based products

  • excessive touching

  • sleeping on lashes

  • failure to follow aftercare instructions

Aftercare instructions will be provided after your service.

Right to Refuse Service

Lashh Luxuryy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying:

  • disrespectful behavior

  • repeated policy violations

  • unsanitary conditions

  • inappropriate conduct

Professionalism and respect are required at all times.
